Job Duties:

Primary Responsibility (80-90%)

Manage OMS Main phone line, serving as first point of contact for inbound calls

Secondary Responsibilities (10-20%)

Perform non-clinical administrative tasks during phone line downtime:

Job Duties:

• Perform high-quality diagnostics and repairs using a “fix it right the first time” approach
• Conduct thorough inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance services according to Fleet schedules
• Use OEM diagnostic software and scan tools as required
• Accurately document diagnostic findings, labor operations, and repair recommendations in Fleet management systems
• Assist with estimating repairs and communicating repair needs
• Perform quality control inspections on vendor-repaired vehicles

• Support multiple fleet shop locations based on operational demand
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times

Requirements:

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• Minimum three (3) years of dealership or automotive repair shop experience
• Experience diagnosing and repairing light-duty and/or medium-duty vehicles
• Experience using diagnostic scan tools and repair software

Licensing

Valid Texas Driver’s License

Job Duties:

Must have experience in drawing blood. Conducts train-the-trainer workshops that coordinate TB Control Staff participation at community events, serves as the TB Education focus point for new employee orientation. Conduct targeted testing outreach and supports the delivery of DOT and VDOT service to TB patients. Will travel to the patient’s home to provide TB treatment or, if needed, transport patients to clinic appointments using a city vehicle.

Job Duties:

• Reviews and processes vendor invoices
• Prepares and processes budget transfers and related transactions
• Assists with the preparation of reimbursement requests from the granting agency

Job Duties:

• Responsible for screening visitors who arrive in the office, answering phone lines, triaging calls for the office (including attorney on-calls for hospitals and clinics), obtaining and distributing the mail, including liens, and other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer/Division Director and Deputy Division Directors.
• Maintains the calendar for the Chief Legal Officer/Division Director which includes collaboration and coordination with internal and external contacts as well as executive/administrative assistants to schedule conference calls and meetings.
• Schedules conference calls and meetings for the Deputy Division Directors and attorneys as requested.
• Reserves conference rooms for meetings.
• Creates list of files for attorneys and closes files on database.
• Saves executed agreements in electronic files.
• Prints material and prepares binders for attorneys.

• Maintains the Divisions absence calendar.
• Maintains sign in sheets and distributes sign in sheets reminders for time submissions.
• Determines office supplies needed and orders supplies.

Environmental Investigator I

Pay Rate: $24.00

Location: Houston, TX 77054 (near NRG Stadium)

Schedule: Monday – Sunday 8am to 5pm (OT approved)

Job Duties:

Performs basic technical inspections and investigative work relative to the detection, analysis and elimination or control of environmental pollutants and contaminants. Inspects and collects samples of air, water and/or soil from the atmosphere, and plant emissions or effluent from lakes, bayous and industrial plant sites; sends samples to department laboratory for analysis. Investigates complaints concerning pollutant and contaminant sources; conducts on-site inspections; reports measurements and investigative findings. Issues citations and violation notices to violators and notifies appropriate district or state agency of persistent violators; performs follow-up inspections. May testify during court proceedings. Establishes and maintains case files, following up as appropriate. Operates, cleans and ensures the proper maintenance of scientific instrumentation equipment. Conducts routine surveillance of the community to determine pollutant or contaminant problems.

Collection of data and review for accuracy

Conduct flow isolations, smoke testing, dye water flooding and site inspection
Maintain accurate, legible organized records in accordance with all ADS Operations Quality Work Instructions.
Maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure safety, mechanically soundness and productive operation.
Adhere to all safety procedures and ADS policies/procedures.
Travel and work overtime hours as required.
