Employment Verifications

Please email apply@a1personnelinc.com with a copy of your form; we require your full legal name and last four digits of your social security number.  We process these in-house and require 3 business days after the date you submit your request, with all required information needed from you.

If you are an election worker, please email all Employment Verifications to electionhc@a1personnelinc.com.

​If you have a RUSH request you can drop off the written request in our office with a $35 cash payment.  We will submit the verification directly to you, our employee, within 4 hours.

2025 W-2 INFORMATION

Our company’s EIN number is 76-0396618.

Your 2025 W-2 will be mailed to the address shown on your last paycheck voucher.   We are no longer able to make any address changes.  Per government regulations, we will mail your 2025 W-2 by 2/2/26. Please allow two weeks for the mail to reach you before inquiring of your W-2.  After this date, please send us an email to w2@a1personnelinc.com with your full legal name, last four digits of your social security number and your current mailing address with your inquiry.
